If a dispute arises under this agreement, we agree to firsttry to resolve it with the help of a mutually agreed-upon mediator inthe following location: Columbia County. Any costs and fees other thanattorney fees associated with the mediation will be shared equally byeach of us.

If it proves impossible to arrive at a mutually satisfactorysolution through mediation, we agree to submit the dispute to bindingarbitration at the following location: Columbia County, under the rulesof the American Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the awardrendered by the arbitration may be entered in any court withjurisdiction to do so.
